Short version
We’re looking for a senior co-worker to join our sales and business team. You’ll be part of an agency that during 2020 has attracted some of the uttermost innovative and prominent brands in Sweden. We’ve maintained a year-over-year growth of 50% since our start, and now we need your help in taking the next step towards growth and expansion. You probably have a background in the startup, agency, or design world and now you want to use your experience and skills to take Most Studios and yourself to the next level.

Most Studios
At Most Studios, we create powerful brands and great products, and we do it with clients that truly push boundaries and shape the future. In 2020 alone we have signed with Klarna, Lifesum, Trustly, Electrolux, IKEA, iZettle, and many more. We also create and develop our own in-house projects, such as the awarded Soon app, as well as partner with great entrepreneurs on joint ventures. The Role
We chose the title Business Manager so that you easily could find this post, but we aren’t particularly interested in titles. We could have named it Business & Partnership Specialist, Business Specialist, Business & Partnership Manager, Growth & Partnership Manager, Growth & Partnership Specialist, Business Strategy Manager, Key Account Manager, or something else. If you’ve worked with sales in the agency world, you probably have a pretty good idea of what the work entails. The most important thing is the value you can contribute.

Together with the Business Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Attracting new clients
  • Leading end-to-end pitch & proposal processes
  • Expanding our offering
  • Crafting new sales strategies and tactics
  • Building and expanding our relationships with our clients
  • Forming new partnerships and relationships within relevant markets

You as a person
We’re looking for a senior resource, so you probably have at least 5-10 years of experience at design/branding/communication agencies or startups. It’s important that you have a fundamental understanding of these worlds, in order to pitch our offering. You might even have worked as a creative/strategist yourself, or you are just one of those business talents that understand the creative process.

Apart from that, we hope that you have something extra to bring to the table. It could for instance be:

  • An extensive network that can lead to new clients for Most Studios
  • Hands-on experience in sales automation for consulting services
  • Experience in public procurement (offentlig upphandling)
  • Deep knowledge of a certain industry, such as fintech

You will join as the third sales-focused person in our team, so you need to love taking leadership. Both in teams and for your own work.
