We're now looking for an Integrated Producer with a proactive mindset, infectious positivity, and the ability to energize both the team and our clients through every phase of a project.

As our Integrated Producer, you’ll play a central role in turning visionary ideas into real, impactful outcomes. You’ll lead creative projects across brand, web, content, and app design, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, within budget, and always to the highest standard.

But beyond structure and timelines, we’re looking for someone who truly understands the business side of creativity. Someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, understands their evolving needs, and brings a strategic mindset to help our clients grow. You’ll be the one who keeps momentum up, morale high, and creative spirits inspired—even when things get tough.

What you'll do:

Own the process
Lead and manage creative projects from start to finish, creating clear plans, managing budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet our high standards.
Inspire collaboration
Bring out the best in our cross-functional teams—strategy, design, and tech—by fostering clarity, energy, and focus.
Lead with positivity
Support and motivate your teammates through challenges and deadlines. Be a source of direction, clarity, and uplifting energy.
Manage clients with care and insight
Act as the main point of contact, building trust, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the process with confidence and strategic thinking.
Ensure excellence
Oversee quality control on every deliverable, making sure we not only meet expectations, but exceed them.

You should have:

Experience in a similar role at a creative or digital agency, ideally six years or more.
A proven track record in project management across branding, web, or app design.
Natural leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
A love for structure, balanced with creativity and problem-solving.
The ability to bring optimism, clarity, and focus to any situation.
A sharp business sense and a genuine interest in understanding what drives client success.
