Join our team as a Marketing Executive

Most Studios is growing, and we need someone to help the world know it. We're a Stockholm based design agency — our clients range from ambitious startups like Legora and Tandem to global names like IKEA and Klarna.

As our marketing lead, you'll own everything that puts us in front of the right people — content, social, events, campaigns, and collabs. You'll work directly with our CEO and founder, move fast, and have the creative freedom to build something you're genuinely proud of. If you have taste, ideas, and the drive to see them through — this one's for you.

What we're looking for:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally at an agency or fast-moving startup
A strong creative instinct — you generate ideas, not just execute them
Confident writer in English; Swedish is a plus
Comfortable with GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn — not expert level, but not starting from zero
A self-starter who takes a brief and runs with it
Genuine appreciation for design and an understanding of why it matters to a business

Responsibilities:

Create — develop content across social, our website, and partnerships
Activate — plan and execute events and brand collaborations that generate brand awareness and content
Grow — set up, run, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
Measure — track performance across channels and report back with clear takeaways
