B2B visual identity design

A B2B identity is judged in places nobody designs for. A slide pasted into a client's own deck. A PDF opened on a phone in a car park. A product interface at seven in the morning. Most Studios builds identity systems that hold up there, not only on the guidelines page.

Design as evidence

In B2B, design is not decoration and it is rarely what wins the deal on its own. What it does is settle a question the buyer is asking quietly: are these people serious, and will they still be here in three years. A careful, consistent system answers yes before anyone has read a word.

The reverse is also true. A deck assembled from four generations of template tells a buyer something about how the company is run, and it is not flattering.

What the system covers

The mark and its construction, including how it behaves at the sizes your business actually uses: a favicon, a trade stand, an embroidered shirt, a partner's logo wall.

Typography and colour chosen for long documents and dense interfaces, not only for a hero image. B2B brands live in tables, forms, and forty-slide decks, and most palettes fall apart there.

An iconography and illustration approach for explaining a product that cannot be photographed, which is most enterprise software.

Motion, defined once, so the product, the website, and the launch film move the same way.

Templates people will actually use. The sales deck, the one-pager, the report, the proposal. If the template is slower than starting from scratch, your team will start from scratch.

Built to be handed over

An identity that only works while we are holding it is not finished. We deliver design systems in Figma with the components your team will reuse, guidelines written for the person who has to make a decision on a Friday afternoon, and a governance model that says what is fixed, what a market may adapt, and who decides.

That last part matters more than it sounds. Most identities do not fail at launch. They erode over two years, one exception at a time.

Where it meets the product

For software companies the identity has to reach into the interface, or you end up with a brand and a product that look like different companies. We work in both, so the design system and the product's component library agree on type, spacing, colour, and state rather than drifting apart after handover.

Working with us

We have built identity systems for B2B companies including Juni, Halon, and Froda, and for larger organisations where the system has to survive several markets and a lot of stakeholders. The strategy comes first and the system follows from it, so the design has a reason you can explain to a board rather than a preference you have to defend.
