Most is a brand consultancy in Stockholm, and we move brands to the forefront of their industries. We don't stop at the strategy, we build it and take it to market, from the first thought to how a customer actually meets the brand. As Client Lead you own what happens before the work starts: turning enquiries into signed projects, and keeping them moving.

What this role is for

You own the process from the moment an enquiry comes in until the project is signed, and you keep it moving. You're the project manager of that process, and you're in it: putting together quotes and proposals, coordinating the pitch, and being in the room when we present.

You'll work closely with our senior creative, strategic, and operations team on how we answer a brief. Your focus is holding the whole thing together and making sure it lands.

Core responsibilities

• Own incoming enquiries and requests. First response, qualification, and setting the direction for how we move forward.
• Act as project manager for the process. Keep things moving, coordinate timelines, and make sure the right people are involved at the right moment.
• Put together quotes and proposals with the team, and coordinate the pitch all the way to the presentation.
• Handle the admin backbone. CRM, scheduling, follow-ups, contracts, the details that keep things from stalling.
• Drive projects to signed. This is a hands-on, doer role. Comfortable following up, chasing the detail, and getting to yes.
• Coordinate closely with the senior creative, strategic, and operations team on concept and scope.
• Build and cultivate relationships with our clients.

What we're looking for

Someone who has worked as an Account Director, Business Developer, or Project Manager at an agency is a strong profile. That background means you already know how work moves through a creative organisation.

Beyond that:

• Comfortable with process and admin. Detail-oriented, doesn't let things slip.
• Action-oriented. Doesn't wait for a scope to be perfect before pushing things forward.
• Confident coordinating across a creative team without needing the final say on concept.
• Trustworthy and capable in front of clients, whether you're presenting or supporting.

What this role is not

• Not an outbound role. You won't be cold-calling or working a room for leads. The work brings enquiries to us. Your job is to make sure none of them is handled slowly or badly.
• Not a strategic decision-maker for the studio's direction.
• Not the person who defines the creative answer to a brief. That's led by the senior creative, strategic and operations team, with you alongside them.

This is a mid-level role. What matters more than years is that you've run the mechanics yourself, rather than managed someone who did.
