Health isn’t something you chase. It’s something you repeat. Inside Alan’s vision for everyday wellbeing

Three minutes of cold water. Then movement. Then clarity. That’s how alan starts his mornings. No fancy biohacking gear. No gamified streak counter. Just cold water, some kind of movement, and a fresh start.
When we sat down in alan’s bright and modern attic in stockholm, that was the first thing he said that made me pause. Not because it was new. But because it wasn’t. So much in wellness today is about the next thing. Alan’s thing is: return to what already works.
“I really believe that when you do good things for yourself, you get rewarded,” he told me. “Start your day strong, and the rest kind of follows.”
