A family of brands, not yet a brand
Compodium had grown through acquisition into a family of widely different companies, each with its own name, look and history. What set it apart, running fully on Swedish ground with no compromise on ease of use, wasn't coming through. Customers saw a patchwork of tools rather than one trustworthy answer to a problem regulated industries can't afford to get wrong.

Strategy first, identity second
Most Studios led a full rebrand in two connected phases, starting with brand strategy and naming architecture before moving into visual identity. The separate companies were consolidated into one branded house, with Compodium as the master brand holding three distinctly named, colour-coded products that work as a clear, future-proof system.
Built on Swedish ground
The new identity is built around Compodium's core strength: being the only alternative built and hosted entirely on Swedish ground. That strength is expressed through a Nordic visual language and messaging that moved from feature-led to use-case-led, showing what people actually do with the product rather than what's inside it.

Live for launch
To hit a fixed August launch date, the website relaunch focused on applying the new identity to the existing site rather than a rebuild. Design moved to a live landing page in two sprints, and the site went live on schedule on 20 August 2026, giving Compodium one clear, trustworthy brand built to scale across regulated markets in the Nordics.
